Photography 🢒 Hong Kong 1998-2003

Bamboo scaffolding used to renovate this old building, I think in Sham Shui Po (Kowloon). They often used bamboo, even for such big projects.
This building looked to be near the maximum height allowed height in Kowloon (because of the old Kai Tak airport there). I don't know how common a sight it was on the taller towers on Hong Kong Island.
